Before starting, we will take a few minutes to understand how you feel and what you are looking for so the massage can be adapted to your needs. During the session, Alex will focus on the areas you want to work on, always in a personalised way and respecting how you feel at every moment. Ideal for your first visit or if you want to try our way of working before booking a longer session.
